Stand out in the Edinburgh Festival
Artists from more than 60 nations performed in over 53,900 shows at hundreds of locations during the 2025 Fringe.
Visuals, branding, and promotions aren’t a nice-to-have in this highly competitive market; they’re what draw attention, cause someone to stop, and influence them to purchase a ticket.
Reach more people before, during & after the Fringe
The live performance is only one aspect of your show. Social media, listings, reviews, word-of-mouth, and videos are some of the ways that audiences find concerts.
More visibility translates into more tickets sold, more buzz, and a more enduring influence. Promo films, press materials, and a well-thought-out ad plan are all examples of this.

Plan your Edinburgh Festival Show
Having everything planned, including stage-size-appropriate images, scalable logos, social media-friendly video formats, print files, technical specifications, and distribution, lowers the possibility of delays or additional expenses.

Edinburgh Festival Design FAQ's
Commonly asked questions about our Edinburgh Festival Design Services
How far in advance should I book design & promo services for Fringe 2026?
In order to allow for concept creation, revisions, printing, video editing, and buzz-building, it is advisable to make your reservation as far in advance as possible, ideally three to six months prior to your performance. Although it is conceivable, last-minute work may limit alternatives and result in rush expenses.
How many revisions are included, and what is the process for feedback?
Each deliverable (logo, video cut, motion graphics, etc.) will have a certain number of modifications (two to three rounds, for example).
We’ll get your input after every draft, make the necessary adjustments, and keep improving until you’re satisfied.
There is room for more adjustments, but the scope may alter the price or schedule.
What formats and technical specs do you deliver?
There will be a set amount of changes made to each deliverable (logo, video cut, motion graphics, etc.) (two to three rounds, for example).
After each draft, we’ll solicit your feedback, make the required changes, and continue to refine until you’re happy.
More changes could be made, however the scope might change the cost or timeline.
Can you help with distribution of physical materials and with promotional strategy?
Indeed. In addition to creating posters, flyers, and merchandise, we may offer distribution advice or help by planning important Edinburgh locations, organising street-poster campaigns, scheduling social media, purchasing advertisements, and collaborating with listings and the media.
We consider strategy and design to be a single unit.
What do you need from me as the artist to get started?
Among the helpful inputs are your event’s title, summary, tone/genre (comedy, dance, theatre, etc.); target demographic; any pre-existing branding; reference pictures you like; performance dates and venue information; high-quality photos or videos of the performers, if available; budget and deadline.
The output will be faster and better aligned if you provide more detail up front.
